Kamran Kowsari is a data scientist at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He received the M.Sc. degree from the Department of Computer Science, The George Washington University (GWU), Washington, DC, USA. He received the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Systems and Information Engineering, University of Virginia (UVA) , Charlottesville, VA, USA, where he is also a member of the Sensing Systems for Health Lab. He has more than 10 years of experience in machine learning and software development. His experience includes numerous industrial and academic projects.
